I'm So Old!

SORRY FOR THE INCREDIBLY LONG BLOGPOST!

Well, I stayed up last night. Until about, uhm, two this morning? And I got lots of birthday wishes and hugs and virtual presents thrown at me! And a few posts saying how old I am...Buying me dentures and a walking stick for Christmas are we, Ellie?
After about four hours sleep I dragged myself back downstairs to sit in silence and have staring competitions with my cats, I won twice! I am so good!
Anyway, here's some of the things I got and a few other random things I feel the need to share with you: (Warning: this is probably going to be boring because I am not a funny person, unlike my sister.)
 

Google says happy birthday, to me! And Ellikins in the corner derping it out.

My new Skulduggery Pleasant books!

Large paperback Skulduggery Pleasant! I have been wanting this for so long! I'm so glad I finally own it! It's so pretty.
(For those of you who don't know, this is a large paperback. It's the same cover as the hardback, but in a large paperback format!)

Playing With Fire United States Edition, with the dust cover on! It's also a first edition, which is amazing!

Scepter of the Ancients new paperback from the United States! I've been waiting to get this for an incredibly long time! It was most definitely worth the wait! I'll be reading the interview in the back later on, tonight!

I can't get one and not the second one, can I? Nope, I cannot. Now I have all of the new United States paperbacks and they look very nice together! They're also a lot smaller than I thought they'd be. But I love them all the same! Most definitely worth the wait for all three of them!



I have a complete collection of the Skulduggery Pleasant United States new paperbacks! I love completing a collection of books. It gives you a sense of accomplishment!

Yes, I know. I already have one of these paperbacks. The old Playing With Fire paperback! The second Skulduggery Pleasant book I bought. But this one is different. My dearest Ellikins sent me this from Ireland! It's not just an ordinary Irish Skulduggery Pleasant books, no! It's much better than that...

Playing WIth Fire, signed by the one and only Golden God - Mr. Derek Landy! So, I finally own a signed Skulduggery book! I adore Ellikins even more, now! She sent me a Death Bringer signed postcard already, but this as well!? She treats me far too well, don't you think?

Some other things I got...

So, a t-shirt. A dress. A scarf and a skullified bag. They're all skullified!

 

Ellie and I were Skyping earlier...And I decided to take a few screen shots and I'm not sure if she noticed, to be honest... (Love you, Ellikins!)

As well as that Playing With Fire Signed book! So, thank you very much, Ellkins! I can't wait 'til next Summer to meet you in Sheffield!

I could have chosen any one thing from my e-mails and messages and stuff, but I chose this. Because rainbows and skittles and bubbles and Skulduggery. So, Star, thank you! You really are wonderful!

 

And because Maddie literally just came round to my house, here's what she bought for me...

 

Arthur and Jelly Belly Jelly Beans. Two of my favourite ever things. And her card is even better!
